Cozy room with everything we need and close to Vail. Only drawback is the room use a balcony door as the entrance and it’s not that intuitive for check in

I came to Vail for knee surgery. The unit was conveniently located and comfortable. The grass along the walkway was overgrown which made walking with crutches challenging and Jeremy was quick to have the grass trimmed. Neighborhood is super friendly.

Really cute little place nestled right up against the mountains and walkable to hiking trails and great little park. Super close to Avon, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

Small but Qwaint. Little older small odor, but overall had a great experience for the price you can’t beat it I was a little concerned about some of the cameras on property, but I disconnected them and didn’t hear anything from the host which made me feel more comfortable as well as private.

This property does not have air conditioning. No Smoking of any kind inside of the unit Cats are not allowed No parties or bookings of more than 2 adults Dogs are allowed from June through October. There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet, $50, only one pet will be allowed. (1 dog under 50 pounds.) Dogs are not allowed November through May There is a ring camera outside the front door.
