Beautiful place to stay. Well stocked and cozy. Perfect for a long weekend for our family of 4!

Easy access to the mountain bike trails. Family friendly, clean and comfortable home. The host was very responsive and helped stock anything we needed right away! The house has very nice views of the mountains and the sunset was beautiful from the front porch. The neighbors were riding and working on their loud dirt bikes a couple nights - that was our only complaint, but not any fault to the host! We would consider staying here again.

Overall the place was very clean on the inside. There was some open trash by the curb that appeared to have been there for quite some time, which is my only negative mark. Overall everything was very well kept and comfortable for our group. Location was perfect for the Leadville stage race.

Wonderful spot for our family stay in Leadville. The living room and TV were great after long days out, and it was ideal for our dog. Nice part of town and beautiful views, would stay here again.

Great place to stay! Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with the basics. We loved the great array of cooking dishes and utensils! Appliances worked great, host communication was excellent, and neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The outdoor patio table was a special delight!
