This 4-bedroom, 4-bath condo sits at the Mt. Crested Butte base, a flat walk from the West Wall Lift and the base-area lifts. Sleeping 8 in two king and two queen bedrooms — each with a mountain view — it is set up for families and groups who want ski-in convenience without giving up room to spread out. A heated underground garage, a secure ski locker, in-unit laundry, a full granite kitchen, and a shared hot tub and grilling deck round out a true mountain basecamp for winter skiing or summer hiking and mountain biking in Crested Butte.

Great condo in a great location. Walkable to base area and the free bus into downtown CB. Great to have two master bedrooms with private baths and then two additional bathrooms. Great for a big family or big group to share. Parking easy. Keyless access to building and unit is also great so everyone can get in without having to keep track of keys. We stayed in the summer and this will be the first place we check when we come back in the winter.

Our stay at this condo in Crested Butte was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax comfortably. We especially loved the two decks, where we could enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the breathtaking views. Being surrounded by the mountains made for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway. The host was fantastic—very accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable place with beautiful scenery and an attentive host, we highly recommend staying here. We would definitely love to come back!

Erin’s place was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of space and it was very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you may need and even had little essentials. The beds were super comfortable too! Very easy to get to and it's right on the shuttle route to get into town. Would recommend and would stay again!

The condo is at the Mt. Crested Butte base village, across the street from the West Wall Lift and a flat walk to the Silver Queen and Red Lady base-area lifts. Historic downtown Crested Butte, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is a 6-minute drive or a short free-shuttle ride. The area is a year-round mountain destination: skiing and snowboarding at Crested Butte Mountain Resort in winter, and wildflower hikes, mountain biking, and fly fishing in summer. Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is about 40 minutes away.
