The Rocky Mountain Suite is a private king room with a newly renovated private bath, inside a Victorian mansion one block off Main Street in downtown Leadville. The room adds a Smart TV, USB charging lamps, and gigabit WiFi; the house adds an outdoor hot tub, four-person infrared sauna, fully stocked community kitchen with gas range, pool table, great room, and two free Tesla EV chargers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again someday! Great hot tub, and infrared sauna; pool table and game room were also super fun! Loved our room and the town. We made breakfast for most of our stay and dinner once and found the kitchen stocked with all the accoutrements needed. Only thing to be aware of is there's no A/C in rooms, however the weather was perfect, and windows open to allow cool air to circulate so we weren't ever hot at all. Wonderful all around!

The room was great - comfortable bed, large and thoughtfully stocked. Great amenities - hot tub and sauna! We had trouble getting the AC to work despite setting it to the temperature we wanted, and didn’t want to open a window (smoke from the wildfires) so the room was a bit stuffy. We were in the downstairs bedroom and it was a little noisy when guests in the room above waked around. That said, we would totally stay here again and plan to do so very soon!
